Why is social media important for my business?

Because that's where your customers are. There are 55.5 million social media users in the UK, spending around 16 hours a week on it. For local businesses, social media is often the first place people check before they call — it shows you're active, trusted and worth choosing. It also sends real visitors to your website: Facebook alone drives most of the traffic that social media sends to UK websites.

Do you work with Buckinghamshire businesses?

Yes. We manage social media for businesses across Buckinghamshire — including Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes, Amersham, Beaconsfield and Marlow — as well as the surrounding counties and clients right across the UK.

How much does social media management cost in the UK?

Most UK small businesses pay between £300 and £1,500 a month, depending on how many platforms are covered and how much content is created. Our social media packages start at £349 a month for Essentials, with Growth at £649 a month — both plus VAT and rolling monthly.

Which platforms should my business be on?

For most local and consumer businesses, Instagram and Facebook are the strongest combination. LinkedIn is best for B2B and professional services, and TikTok works well for reaching younger customers. We'll recommend the right mix for your business on your free call.

What is community management?

It's replying to the comments, messages and reviews your posts generate — quickly and in your brand's voice. It's included in our Growth package, and it's where many enquiries are actually won, because people who get a fast reply are far more likely to book.

Do I need to film anything?

For Reels, yes — just short clips on your phone. Genuine footage of your team and your work performs better than polished shoots, and we'll tell you exactly what to capture each month. Everything else — graphics, captions, editing and posting — is on us.

Is advertising spend included?

No. On Growth we set up and manage your Facebook and Instagram ads, but the ad budget is paid directly to Meta, so you stay in full control. We recommend starting from around £199 a month.

Am I tied into a contract, and do I approve posts?

No contract — both packages roll monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. And yes, you approve the month's content calendar before anything is posted.
